I received mine in the mail but I can't get it to light. Do I need to fill it with gas or is it broken?

Waiting for about 3-5 minutes to after refilling butane gas,allow the gas to be fully and evenly filled.Then turn the flame adjustment knob to test the size of the flame at different positions.If it still can't be ignited, please contact us to free replace it for you. thanks

Lighter is shipped Without gas due to Air Mail regulation,You need to fill the gas by yourself
