Q: Can these be cut to let’s say 10” strips?

Yes, these have a thin metal base that may be cut with metal shears or perhaps a metal saw. There is enough of a gap between spikes to make a cut on both ends to have a perfect 10” length or slightly different if cutting only one end.

Q: Can these be bent to mount to a round object?

Yes - the base is a metal flexible strip.

Q: What glue or adhesive is the best to attach the stainless steel base of the spikes on the clay roof tiles, so they remain on the place > 5 years?

I use Gorilla Glue Construction Adhesive and it works great. Been going on 7 years in this Arizona heat !
