I cook a LOT and this has become my new favorite pan. It wipes clean when switching food cooks, it's deep and just cooks evenly. I will be buying more of these.Some tips that I've noticed with other users is I wouldn't recommend every cooking something on "high" heat with pans of this nature. Only time I cook on high is boiling water and then even that gets reduced as to keep from having spillovers.

When I cook I usually make large amounts, to freeze or have for leftovers. With an ordinary skillet, if you try to stir there’s just not enough room and eventually something goes over the edge. I think I’ve purchased every skillet on Amazon over the last two years and I finally found a winner. Besides my cast-iron skillet this is the only skillet I use…in fact I bought a second one. It comes with a lid which is always a plus, it’s very durable and easy to clean. If you’re looking for a high side skillet this is the one to get.

I've used it now for several different recipes, baked Mac and cheese, pancakes breakfast scramble... All turned out great and after the pan was super easy to clean. Only down side would be that it can get heavy and a side handle would help. Other than that it's perfect.

This 11 inch fry pan is amazing.. You can slow simmer some smothered pork chops and finish them off in the oven and not need to use anything to grab onto it. The heat is perfectly distributed over the pan, but the handles remain cool to warm not hot.. I love this pan.. Tall sides, not to wide not too heavy just perfect. And non stick too !!!! Get one you won't regret the purchase

I like this pan very much, easy to clean and great that it has a lid. I wish it had a small handle opposite the long handle to make it easier to pick up.

Received this pan yesterday, and put it to work this morning making bacon on my NuWave induction cooker. The primary reason for it's purchase was to have a light-to-medium weight induction compatible chef's pan/skillet for travel.Although the pan was as others have remarked - it is not perfectly flat - it did the task at hand and made crispy, mostly evenly cooked bacon. The bacon fond did take a bit of effort to remove when washing; other pans in my collection of cookware more easily release the fond, so I'm wondering how long the non-stick surface will remain non-stick.The doming of the pan bottom isn't a deal breaker for me, since I intend to use the pan for a variety of cooking tasks - one pot suppers, chili, soup, etc. I would have expected better, really, for a $60 price point. That said, I also wanted a chef's pan that could be used in the oven. This fit the bill...induction, oven, and has a lid. The booklet that came with the pan says it is stove-top and oven safe to 480F, and the lid is oven safe to 350F. So, $60 it is, and I will adapt to it's eccentricities as they reveal themselves.The manufacturer did a nice job of packaging the pan and lid. Nearing age 60, this is the first time I've had any manufacturer protect the lid for transit with an elasticized steering-wheel-like cover. I'm saving it for our travel adventures as I think it makes good sense to protect both the pan and lid.

Really liked the fast delivery. The finish quality is very high. The handles are really firm on the pan and lid. Being deeper than a standard frying pan, makes it really useful for things like balti's etc. The additional fish slice always comes in handy.It's advertised as dishwasher proof and induction hob compatible. We haven't washed it in the dishwasher yet and we have gas hob so I can't confirm induction performance.I'm very pleased with mine and would buy again.Mark. E.

Die Lieferung der Pfanne war schnell und sie war gut verpackt. Das ist alles was positiv ist an dieser Pfanne.Sie ist sehr leicht, das machte mich schon stutzig. Aber bei der ersten Benutzung auf meinem Induktionsherd hat sie sich sofort verformt. Habe mit Stufe 8 angefangen. Warm wurde sie kaum. Hat ewig gedauert. Auf Stufe 9 auch nicht besser. Powerknopf da ging es dann halbwegs. Hab jetzt für paar Nuggets über 25 min gebraucht auf dauerhaft Power. Das geht gar nicht. Die Pfanne geht sofort zurück. Ich hoffe die Rücksendung klappt.

Endlich eine Pfanne gefunden, die alle Kriterien erfüllte. Leider ist in der Mitte ein Buckel, so dass das Öl an die Ränder läuft und in der Mitte fehlt. Ist jetzt auch keine billige Pfanne vom Grabbeltisch.-> Retoure

Die Bratpfanne kam sehr gut Verpackt an. Habe jetzt schon sehr viel damit gekocht. Da ich ne große Familie habe kommt es sehr oft zur Verwendung. Die Beschichtung ist sehr gut. Das Essen haftet nicht am Boden. Bin sehr zufrieden damit.
