I started taking this supplement along with a change in diet and 2 puffs/day of Symbicort for Chronic Bronchitis (part of COPD) that had been plaguing me for over 10 years. Although I haven't dared to change the regime to find out if all of these were necessary to get rid of all of the symptoms, I know that Symbicort alone helped but didn't wipe out the symptoms prior to adding the Advanced Adrenal Factor. My change in diet (gradual) coupled with taking Advanced Adrenal Factor (2 tabs/day before bed) definitely did relieve the symptoms! Therefore for me this is a 5-star product.
