Alors au début c'est vrai que j'ai eu des fourmis dans le corps (ça pique), puis après ça s'est calmé au fur et à mesure de la séance, à noté que je ne bois pas de caféine d'habitude ou autre, que de la whey et créatine et j'ai donc jamais essayé de pre workout. Première fois que je test, et c'est vraiment incroyable moi qui travail de nuit je m'entraîne vers 3h du matin, c'est vraiment un game changer pour moi, ce pre workout à très très grandement améliorée mes performances en salle (plus de fatigue, meilleur performance etc..). Ça fonctionne en muscu et pour le cardio aussi, c'est le top! C'est comme si vous aviez un boost +++ Je recommande à 100%, hâte de faire la prochaine séance.

Been using this a while. Each to their own with their taste but I am not fussed on it but it does get the job done! I can go without it for gym and like to take breaks and not have it every single time as I feel you would probably not feel the difference after having using it for some time. But does. exactly what it says and good value for money, taste is good. It mixes well and gives good energy! Also they have alot of different flavours to personally I like the apple flavour, or any sour ones helps with it going down. Quality is good!

Mi alleno con costanza, circa tutti i giorni e ho provato diversi preworkout. Per ora questo supera ogni prodotto provato in precedenza sotto ogni aspetto, dal gusto (soggettivo, un po' acidulo, ricorda un po' un Energy drink) alla spinta che da. E soprattutto, cosa che non è scontata, non ti fa fare pipì di colori fluorescenti. Non superare le dosi, anzi, se non siete propriamente avvezzi diminuitele perché et davvero molto forte. Il prezzo è altino, ma la qualità spesso si paga. È fondamentale? No, nessun preworkout lo è È utile? Assolutamente si, perché la differenza si nota Aggiornerò se ci fosse qualche inconveniente ma per ora è ultra consigliato
