Works Great
Player works Great, havenโt figured out universal remote โฆ but that could be just me๐คช didnโt need extra cables everything I needed came with player Really glad I chooses this one !

Very disappointed.
The product came as expected, however, it didn't work. I tried with several VHS and DVD. I got the same message every time. Err. Needless to say I was disappointed. I sent it back the same day I received it. The return was easy.

Great decision
I had a lot of older VHS tapes and newer DVD discs and wanted to use them all. Buying this combination VHS / DVD unit allows me to use both without the need for two players. After purchase support was excellent.

The remote will not work with the player.
The player will not work with the remote it came with,but works with a player I already have. The player will not shut off when the button is pressed, it turns off and then comes back on. I basicly bought a $300 plus dollar remote

JVC DVD player does not play back DVD disks any more.
It is a combo player to play the VHS and DVDs. One week ago it started to statter, and now it will not play at all. Very disappointing. I was really happy to buy it.
