Great machine superb service from ApplianceWorldOnline
This machine is very good ithas lots of programmes, plenty of room in drum so can fit more in and save on amount of washes. It is very quiet. The service from ApplianceWorldOnline was superb they kept in touch by text the day before to tell me of delivery slot and on day of delivery the driver rang to let me know when he was 20 mind away. He also helped my husband carry it in to the house.They also delivered a day earlier the delivery date given by Amazon

This is a beautiful machine, the guys that delivered were amazing everything done with the utmost of care and efficiency. The same guys have installed for me before and are fantastic can't praise them enough

Good Hotpoint washing machine
Nice looking washing machine. Easier to use than I thought. So far all good. Nice large drum. Fits plenty of clothes in and washes really well. Had a Hotpoint washer before and it lasted 17 years with no issues ever but decided it was getting a bit grubby around the rubber so got a new one. Hope this one lasts as long.

Bought this after another manufacturers machine broke.
After a couple of weeks using another machine made by a different company which failed, we decided to spend a little more and buy the Hotpoint model. WHAT A DIFFERENCE it makes!The machine is very easy to use and does a great job with cleaning too. We especially love the steam refresh feature which rapidly gets any creases removed and freshens up the garment without the need for the full wash.Another huge plus is how quiet it is. Even when on a rapid spin the machine is so quiet you can continue a conversation without the need to shout or even turn up the TV! No downside so far and at around £350 it offers excellent value for money too.We spent ages researching a decent low budget brand before we chose this and with dozens of high end features we would not hesitate to go with Hotpoint again when and if the time eventually comes.Very well done to Hotpoint.

Noisey but good washer
It looks good but find it quite noisey on a high spin compared to other washers I’ve had in the past.Digital display is a bit dated. But other than that it works well and we’re happy.Delivery was brilliant and would recommend buying from Utilities Direct.

Quiet and nice looking
Took a little while to master after my last machine, but now it is easy to use. I Like the 1400 spin and quick wash options, and the larger 9kg drum. a nice machine
