Received this today, built it straight away, the directions were pretty easy to follow, and the only part i struggled with was connecting one of the wires, as the space is very small. Once set up i swapped the laser head over to the infrared laser unit (bought separately) and with a little bit of fiddling with the settings, i was able to engrave the 2 sterling silver pendants.Can't wait to try it out on other materials and test the full capabilities

Spent a long time looking at different lasers and ended up going for this. It was impressive seeing it laser onto wood but I was disappointed with other materials. Got the rotary device to go with it and no risers included which meant I couldn't use it. I have since returned item and looking at alternative options.

The media could not be loaded.  I've had my xtool d1 pro 10w for just over a month. Reading up on a few things. This is the laser I went for and I'm glad i did. The machine came, very well packed and presented. Professional looking. Instructions were also great, for assembling the xtool. What I did like was the examples of different types of materials that were given in the box to try. I have done that much in the last month trying different materials such as wood, glass, canvas, slate... Everything that I've worked on have been great. Also contacted makeblock who are the sellers of the product. The customer service have been second to none. Quick at responding and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

It's pretty easy to assemble, but a couple of missing instruction steps on wiring plugs. The cable on long travel can get jammed in the side frame and catch on pulley block which limits travel. Needs a bit of refitting factory fitted zip ties to solve it. Fitted air assist which is a must for clean cutting, as is the honeycomb base.

The laser was easy to assemble with detailed instructions and the quality is excellent.I am just getting use to using it and the numerous videos on YouTube is helping.So far I am very pleased with my first laser 👍

Received very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was fairly straightforward and took around 30 minutes. Had a minor problem with the machine but everything now sorted thanks to great customer service

This is an amazing bit of kit. Quality of of it is really good, love how it's all so interchangeable. Have only tested it on a couple of things so far but really impressed with the results. Even the the way it arrives packaged is impressive, clear instructions come with it with online videos avaliable. Love it all so far.
