Portable, Reliable, Clear, A Solid Wireless Headphone
I used these at a previous work at home job, so when I started a new one two years later, these were my same go to pair. You see, I have to get up and down a lot, and I was constantly tripping over the wired pair.Because they aren't cheap, and I like a good deal, I sprung for buying the refurbished pair of H800's, which were half off the original price. The only difference is they come in a non-descript box instead of the original Be careful taking the item out of the box--I didn't notice the usb dongle in a small baggie, and it ended up on the floor for several minutes until I found it. I did contact the vendor about it, thinking it wasn't included, before I found it, and they were quick to reply with help and assistance. In summary, the refurbished pair work fine and I've used it on two or three different devices (desktop, laptop, phone, etc) and I'm so glad I was able to get the item I wanted at a price point I could afford, and no more tripping over wired headphones.

Bluetooth connectivity needs improvement.
The head phones work with the supplied dongle works very well. But the Bluetooth function does not work. If you lose the usb dongle, your out of luck.

Works just like the original I replaced.
When these first came out I bought was, oh so many years ago. Well, it finally had problems and I needed to replace it. After all these years I went looking and just did NOT like any of the other wireless headsets on the market. This one is comfortable enough to wear all day at my job. I'm so glad I found it, even though Logitech doesn't make them anymore.

Save Your Money -- Buy Something Else!
I have had a Logitech H600 Wireless Headset for years now. I bought it in 2013 on Cyber Monday and it has worked GREAT for me ever since then. I used the headset through college and into the start of my professional life, for videogame chatrooms, conference calls, listening to music, etc. All things considered, it's a great headset and well worth the $30 I spent on it six years ago. I am replacing that headset now not because it's broken, but because one of ear covers tore through--not even an electrical issue! In replacing my headset, I thought I might upgrade to this style, the H800. The H800 looks great and feels great, but it has one major issue--it doesn't bloody work. From the moment this headset arrived, it would not connect to my computer. There were also visible signs of wear, such as a loose width adjuster and marks along that side of the headset. In the process of returning this headset; the supposedly refurbished, newer, better model; I have been using my old H600 for all my headset needs.Save your money! Don't take a gamble with this "refurbished" H800 hoping it will work. I've no doubt that Logitech made the headset properly--I love every single one of their products that I have used. But this "refurbished" crap isn't a worth a dime or the amount of time you'll spend in returning it.

I liked the first pair so much, I bought another
The original pair was for work purposes (conference calls during COVID). Never really tried them for music. When my wife needed a new pair of headphones, we tested the pair I had and they sounded really good. Had to dig around to find these as apparently they are discontinue for Logi. Glad I was able to find another pair.

Logitech H800 Wireless Headset Refurbished - Great purchase!
This furbished headset works great! Mine arrived looking brand new and operating perfectly. After about three hours of use, the headset requires charging which can be done while in use. I'm very happy with the price and quality.

decent shape, but charging cable is damaged
Looks pretty good. Ear pieces and cushions appear to have been replaced. some visible scratches and dings but not too bad. Mic moves up and down easily but not lose. Everything from the outside looks fairly acceptable for a renewed product. Some glue is exposed but difficult to tell if it’s original or part of the restoration. There are 3 reasons for the low review. First is that the power cable is damaged and looks disgusting. So dirty. Yuck!2nd, the usb receiver was included, but difficult to find and access. There’s no instructions but it is located inside one of the ear pieces. I prefer the usb receiver since the connection is portable from pc to pc without messing with the bluetooth settings. I’ve owned an H800 that I've used for years and now my son loves it so much (over his expensive gaming headsets) I had to order this one.The last reason is the deal breaker. The headset holds an inconsistent charge. Charged it for an hour, it blinked orange, then tested it, it died 10 minutes in. Will try to recondition the charge cycles to see if it helps.
