Great Mold-Free Coffee
This mold free coffee is our go-to. As someone who struggled with chronic illness I am very sensitive to coffee and this one is great. Easily digestible, delicious, and most importantly healthy! Well worth the pricetag.

Doesnt upset the stomach like alot of more acid ones do
I love this coffee but the k cups keep exploding in my machine. I noticed they were a little puffy. Not sure. The grounds work fine. I like the low acid and I can tell the difference drinking it from a different kind.

Exploding pods, great taste, way too much mess especially for how expensive they are.
Tastes great especially for low acid. The the pods in the last two boxes I received were all defective. I didn’t get one pod that didn’t explode all over. I bought a little strainer to keep the grounds out of my coffee but the mess is too much to deal with. My coffee maker has to be completely cleaned out because of the grounds all over before I can have a second cup- just to deal with it again. Amazon was great in issuing me a refund. I order new ones they worked for a while and now I’m back to every pod exploding. It’s not my coffee maker as I tried it on 3 different coffee makers. I really wish this company would fix the problem with the pods as this is the only low acid coffee I like. It seems like the glue doesn’t hold up to the heat.

Tastes great
This coffee is such a good blend. Taste is excellent. The aroma and flavor are so good I plan to continue using it. I’m tired of the the regular stuff.

A comprehensive look at the flavors
This review is for several of the Purity "flavors". I drink Purity because it is recommended for Low Histamine diet compatibility. Caffeine in general triggers histamine release. The Balance blend tastes great but has no caffeine...not suitable for AMs. The Ease or dark roast tastes the best. Flow or Medium is ok. Protect is not particularly enjoyable to taste but I get it when Medium or Dark roasts are unavailable. ]n fact availability is a huge issue with Purity whether you order on Amazon or directly from the company. Their process of shifting the grinding and packaging to various 3rd parties is the issue . Recently an order through Amazon got waylaid and this happened with a direct order a few years ago. I am sure the company knows what it is doing and until I find another histamine friendly brand, I will keep ordering. Do I recommend it? Only if you are in my health situation. There are so many yummy coffees out there - although perhaps the world wide coffee shortages may change that.
