Puritan's Pride B-complex with B-12 (180)

Vitamins which works very good on my body!

Value for money. I check other b complex supplements but eventually settled for puritan. Previously I had taken biotin and melatonin from same brand and liked them a lot. So now puritan is my go to brand for vitamin supplements.

Sorry for this super late review but I just want to tell that this Vit B complex helped me satisfy my vitamin needs. At the time I ordered this, I was experiencing some shaking on the legs up to my feet. Luckily, I have this ordered and taken every single day, keeps my nerves in good shape. One thing to note for this is that the pills are non-film coated which means they tend to get powdery upon contact or dispensing. This is the only downside of it but nonetheless, a staple vitamin supplement for your daily needs.

I found this chewable product to be very valuable... Most B-12 is a cyanocobalamin, but this version is Methylcobalin, which nutritionists have told me that this version is superior in its effects...
