Board won't turn on
I can't use it bc it won't turn on unless it's plugged in. Also apparently the return process is going to take like a month for my money to actually be back in my account. I'm not the only customer exway has sent a faulty board that won't power on. Rip off.

3 out of 4 tires flat in less than a week
fun to ride - while it lasts. by the 4th day of riding all 3 out of 4 of the inner tubes in the wheels were completely flat and wont hold airso now i have to pay another 200$+ for cloud wheels and a pulley kit for them and wait another week for them to get here while my brand new board sits in the garage

very good quality and you get what you pay for
The build quality is great , the range is plenty for what I wanted to do and more, and the ride is stable and comfortable. The customer support is very helpful and quick to get you replacement parts. The only reason its not a 5 star review is I feel the remote feels cheap compared to the board.

Used board
This is my 1st ELB and I was excited about it until I opened it and notice that this board has been used. It has scratches underneath and on the nose, it works but if you spend a grand on something you expect to get it brand new, I may be returning it for that simple fact.

Great board but misrepresented in videos
First the wheels wear out quickly and the inner tubes pop, I sealed them with some inner tube slime and always bring a frame pump with me just in case so that fixed that, though wish they would provide better wheels. In the video they show people riding in sand and snow, let me tell you first hand it will not do that. The Sand you will just get stuck and not be able to move if you hit sand at speed you will get launched. Even thick leaves or mud you’re getting launched. As for the snow the snow builds up on the tires and the cold will snap your belts hella quick, I rode in the snow one time and two seconds later I was walking the board home with both belts broken. That being said this is an amazing board and can handle most terrains including gravel, sketchy sidewalks dirt roads and grass, the range is great the speed is great though letting off the throttle at full speed is a bit jerky. Also watch out for the speed wobbles that can be a terrifying experience. I would like to see a triggger controller rather than a wheel in future versions. The aux pack is cool but way too expensive. I bought a small solar generator I strap to the board and bring a charger with me in back pack for range anxiety if board starts to run low I grab a seat somewhere take a rest and plug in not ideal but $800 cheaper. Wonderful board truly my fifth electric longboard and one I intend to use for a very long time this thing is legit. Definitely room for improvement and can’t wait to see what the company does for future models. Underlightkng built in, powerful headlights and tail lights would be nice. Enclosed belts, mud guards standard, fast charger standard. Trip odometer in remote would be cool feature too. Include a handle standard too. I’ve ridden 1000+ miles on this baby in just the first 3 months of ownership. Here’s to many more.
