I was nervous about ordering this cause it only had 2 reviews (both 5 stars) and I'm an absolute review reading junkie...but boy I'm glad I took the chance! SUPER EASY to install...took me about 5 minutes and I'm a 44 year old woman. Plugged it in, put batteries in, turned Bluetooth on my phone, and my free Smart Life app instantly discovered this new lock. Password and 3 fingerprints were super easy to set up. Can unlock it via Bluetooth but keep in mind, this is NOT WIFI. I cannot tell my Alexa to unlock the door. That's ok tho. I figure 4 different options to open it should suffice 😊 It seems VERY sturdy and well made (definitely heavier than my previous door knob) and it's very responsive. It's default setting is that, when you unlock it, it right away relocks a couple seconds later, which is fine with me because I ALWAYS have my doors locked even when I'm inside. I think I saw a video somewhere showing you could change that but it doesn't appear to be something you can do in the app. But, the app works great (even though I'm not using the one they recommend) the fingerprint reader is super responsive and the password is also flawless...So, so far, I'm loving this thing! Will update if anything goes haywire.

Now that I’ve had these a couple of months , I can tell I ordered 3 . They are All trash . They Eat batteries . Only read fingerprints half the time if that & they freaking have a beeeeeeep that lasts what sounds forever when they dont unlock . Don’t waste your $$ unless you have stock in a battery company & like being locked out half the time . Yes they have keys but the point was to use the finger reader not a key . If I wanted to do that I would use a traditional lock .

This lock is an unbeatable value with so many features. Unlock with phone, code, fingerprint, invite others, assign temporary guest unlock, includes mechanical keys.It was easy to install and program.The outside lock only turns the latch if it is unlocked. Otherwise, the handle turns without turning the latch. So, install it and program it firsr, then test whether both handles turn the latch. This is a great bargain.

We added this to our bedroom door to keep the kids out. Very handy as it self locks and can quickly be unlocked by fingerprint. We don’t use the phone to unlock or the number pad. Used the phone for programming but we just use the fingerprint for unlocking and it works great.

The media could not be loaded.  This product worked fine for about two months then it died and locked us out used the key to get access but ever since the first time it was charged it has not worked properly again since. Also bought the item warranty and cannot get this issue rectified, they have made it convoluted and difficult to return the item or receive a refund as I do not want it replaced with the same awful option.

Product delivers as expected, easy to install and the fingerprint option works pretty well and unlocks the door instantly (within 1 second).
