Health and her is a brand my mum is familiar with as she’s used the regular menopause tabs. They work just as well as the regular one but the one main difference she noted was the taste! These don’t leave an aftertaste like the normal ones which she prefers. Same still stands though, night sweats reduced and she’s much “happier” in herself! She rated them 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

This is a great supplement, high quality ingredients, and good for taking during good spells. It has more of a beauty supplement effect as my skin is better when taking these.

These are easy to swallow tablets.I'm half way through taking them so it always takes time for these things to take effect but There is a mix of strains, botanicals, vitamins and minerals.60 tablets which is a months supply
