The media could not be loaded.  I ordered the scooter with the intention of giving it to my nephew’s son who will be attending the University this fall. After a test ride he may be out of luck. Very well made, heavy duty and easy for an old man to ride. I think it will be making the trip to Arizona with me this winter

My girlfriend and I bought these scooters to get outside more and it has worked. These things are fun to ride and easy to operate. They are decently fast ( 19mph Max ) and the battery seems to last for a while. ( 12 mile range ) they feel somewhat sturdy, the neck gives me anxiety when I need to lift the front tire over a bump, it's a little lose in my opinion but it's never let me down. I wish you could turn the headlights on with out needing the app and I wish the app would continue to track your ride even if you turn the scooter on and off. If you stop somewhere and power off the scooter the app resets your trip so you never know exactly how far you've gone. That's a bummer. But overall these things are a lot of fun and we definitely enjoy them.

Best scooter for the price. It was fully charged on arrival and was ready to go out of the box. It is well built, durable, and reliable. Not only does it have super long range on a single charge, it goes super fast, so use helmet :). Smooth ride and braking feels safe and efficient. The Mobile app will connect with the scooter to check power reading and is very helpful. It also folds up for easier storage and to carry it around. It’s super fun to ride to local markets, parks, and gym.

as others have said the front brake is very strong and a bit annoying to use but you do get used to it after some practice. Mine arrived with a broken piece, emailed the company and they sent out a replacement part almost immediately. Very happy with purchase and customer support. The app is easy to use and gives a lot of additional options including zero start or kick start. Only i wish it had a bit of suspension on it to make the ride at least a little smooth.

I haven't had any of the issues I've read about. Fully dressed I weigh 250 so I am right up against the limits of the scoot - and it goes just fine. I hit full speed and full distance, and I don't have any decay when the battery gets low, keeps going as it should all the way to empty. I find the braking too little if anything, and maybe it is because of my weight, but it is not severe as others have stated. I do believe my steering bearings were tightened too much and might fail, and when I contacted the company they gave me a BS response to send a picture. That's like telling your doctor you have a headache and he wants a picture. So I give zero stars to the company. But the scoot is everything I hoped for. I will update after I get more miles on it.

The media could not be loaded.  Second day of owning this scooter I took the buet out riding wheelies with the boys. Cruise set just mobbing doing wheelies, I stopped back pulled up and as a instant regret went through my head I knew this road under me was gonna hurt. As I lose the scooter it flipped 5 times and then slid 10 yards I laid there for a couple min being called names bc I wanted to be done. This being said I got up rode 5 miles further hit wet grass and flipped over the handle bars. These scooters are truly built well very well! I highly recommend a purchase to understand the life style! Yours truly ScootaBoi3

It's ready to go right out of the box, which is great. When it showed up at my door, it did not arrive with a fully charged battery, as they claim. Which isn't great. The QR code in the manual, for the app, led to a web site I couldn't understand. So I bypassed the web site, and found the app in the app store. The app is next to useless. It constantly drops off Bluetooth, and needs to reconnect. The headlamp drains the battery, pretty quickly, so not great for night travel. And finally, on my first commute, one of the rear taillights broke from the housing, and I pulled it behind me by the connecting wires, for I don't know how long. It's now super glued in place. You can't tell, because it was a clean break. Which makes me think it was already broken. Either at the manufacturer, or in shipping. Which was by UPS, and I hated that. Because they are ROUTINELY late. My package was delayed by a day. It's fun. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

I love this scooter so much! It was so much cheaper than some of the other scooters I saw online so I was hesitant to buy it but I’m so glad I did. My college campus is very big and it would take me 15 minutes to walk from the parking structure to my classes and I was late sometimes. Now with this scooter it only takes 2 minutes to get there and I’m never late! It’s especially nice when it’s hot outside and I don’t have to walk in 90 degrees weather. The battery life is amazing. I have been riding it for two weeks and only one of the bars has gone and I still have 3 to go.
