Very Happy with this product!
My mother, who has Parkinson's, is very happy with this mug! It arrived in great condition as it was packed well... Only wish it wasn't quite so pricey! :)

Not a good thing
Be careful. The first time I used it I put it in the microwave to warm my coffee and I burned my hand trying to pinch it up. The handles were so very hot. Not a good thing when you need two handles to pick it up.
