I gave 4 stars not for the watch, but because Amazon sent me the wrong item, I ordered a silver one and got a black one. The watch itself is actually very good for the price, the screen is crispy and vibrant , the speaker is clear and loud with no distortion, the watch face selection is abundant, but only one can be changed at any one time, 10 contacts can be stored on the watch, but it’s has a dial pad to dial any other number, the always on display is very good and changes to your choice of face when you flip the wrist, health metrics are probably 90 to 95 percent accurate, just make sure the watch is positioned on the correct spot on the wrist. I do like the split screen on the main face when swiping to the right. The fitcloud pro app is simple and as lots of options. One thing would have made this watch perfect, an option to have sound for the alarm, it literally vibrates four times and very low vibration, I’m not even going to attempt to use it for getting up for work, because I know I will never wake up, I will use only on my day off. Other than that it is a good watch and I’m happy with it.

it's beautiful and comfortable, but not everyone's text come through. I did trouble shooting but nothing seems wrong. I reached out to customer service and no response bummer. was a nice watch.

With the app connected the watch mic and speaker are automatically enabled for both incoming and outgoing calls. I have submitted a note to the seller regarding this. In other words you are always on the watch's "speaker phone". If the watch is denied access to the phone, that stops SMS, etc. Similarly if you get in your bluetooth enabled car with your phone, the watch still overrides everything. The enclosed manual fails to describe a lot of the functions and there is no chart of what each icon represents. Forget about the blood pressure, but the heartbeat is fine. This is most unfortunate. The always-on display which is either a simple analog or digital dial is great. You get the choice of whether you want the main display activated by lifting the wrist or by hitting the side button. The amoled display is bright and readable in sunlight.
