SUNWAYFOTO Bidirectional 90° Offset Double Clamp Arca Compatible DDB-53 DDB53 Sunway

This is the only bi-directional clamp that I am aware of (I checked Kirk, Acratech, Wimberley, and Really Right Stuff with no luck). I purchased it to mount on a Sunwayfoto Arca-Swiss rail in order to eliminate parallax error when doing panoramas. It does not have the finish of my gear from Wimberley or Really Right Stuff (which are exceptionally designed products), but appears to be a good quality product and the movement of the clamps works well.

I chose this because it is a single piece of metal with two jaws, not two clamps fixed back to back like most others, and is nice and rigid.

Use it to convert any indexed Arca rail or slide into a nodal slide that can be used with no risk that the slide can extend into the frame of even the widest wide angle lens for panorama shooting. Very robust, and a bit heavy. Works smoothly. Knobs are thin enough to allow clearance for most applications.

An outstanding hardware item manufactured according to the Arca-Swiss manufacturing protocol. This item operates well, exhibits excellent workmanship and materials, works according to advertisement.
