She is not a big woman, but she loves the XL size because it's big and comfortable. Really absorbent, she can wear them with confidence for several hours. No leaks. It has been quite a process to figure out a brand, style, and size that works for me. I finally settled on these and they are working just fine and meet my specific needs. Sizing can be tricky since they are for both females and males. Whether you have trouble putting them on and how you put them on (standing or laying) is also a factor. It is better if they are just a little big to be comfortable and to be easy to put on.

These are huge but super Absorbent! The tabs stick pretty well but I did use a pair of Depends over these, for my husband. It worked out great. The Depends kept these in place but were still dry in the mornings. It made it easy to pull down the Depends, remove the mega diaper, and simply pull the Depends back up to start the day.

Wish to give a negative star lol if I could cheap and thin material for almost 40$ sorry tabs medium but a bulky front nothing as the packaging advertised waste of money and wait time don’t buy if you want cheap Walmart or dollar store brand

Do not believe the capacity stated in the description. Even if the entire padding was soaked , it would not hold that much! (And would be quite heavy.) They fit OK , but the tapes are a little weak. The outer layer is not waterproof - it will feel wet and leak through clothes along with emitting a tell-tale odor. Best work with a waterproof cover.

Having tried a wide variety of diapers, these are probably among the worst in my ranking. The packaging claims they last "up to 12 hours" without a change but I wouldn't expect anything close to that. I made it about seven before I started experiencing leaks (and that was with drinking less water than I normally would so as not to overload the product before I'd gotten a sense of its capacity.) As with most cloth-backed products the tapes are also pretty cheap and definitely don't reattach well which may have been part of the issue.Can't see any reason to buy these when there are so many far superior options out there at a comparable price point, most obviously North Shore's MegaMax, which LivDry is clearly attempting to piggyback off of with the name of this product. I've also been very impressed by the TotalDry X-Plus from Secure Personal Care (though they are often out of stock.)

Soft and comfortable. These diapers work very well for those hot and humid days.The padding held up well to all my activity and met my absorbancy needs with a booster added.The tape fasteners could be a little better but that is a common problem with almost every "cloth backed" diaper that I have tried. Overall I found these to be a good quality diaper for hot weather but with a little better taping system and a little more absorbancy they could've moved up to the great category.
