The flavor is fine. I haven't really noticed much of a difference in my energy levels with taking these. Also, they shorted me 2 tablets and the pill bottle is way bigger than it needs to be for the amount of product inside. Huge waste of plastic.

Didn’t know what to expect I use this under the tongue and it doesn’t melt as fast as if it’s just in the cheek . The reality is It gives me a lot more energy during my day - I use one in the morning . I’ve been using it for at least three months now and will continue . I’m 52 and I noticed a bit less brain fog as well .

I switched to another brand that doesn't have as many fillers.Still a decent buy for the price, but I switched.

I like this brand for most herbal supplements...However for methylated B vitamins this did not work as well as the other brand wePurchased from Amazon.
