I made pho and it can put perfect

I used this for cooking Chinese braised beef and Asian beef soup. This provides a subtle sweetness to the food. Sometimes with regular granulated sugar, you can put too much and the food will end up being too sweet. This can be eaten like candy (it is not very sweet) but I would not recommend it because it is pure sugar. Eating too much sugar can lead to cavities. Good product overall and price is reasonable.

yeah, they're big lumps, but if you have a mortar and pestle, it helps. just give a lump a couple of light taps and it breaks apart.
