Excellent customer service and a very easy to install product. I wanted to replace our filters myself instead of paying someone else to do it and this was a much bigger bang for my buck. I will be buying from them again when I need to replace my RO filters.

I've ordered this same kit 4 times in the past and now it came with a completely different parts. The membrane is now to long and caused all kinds of problems.

Fit right into the old ones place. I wish the install instructions were clearer on cartridge order as I almost swapped filter 2 and 3. But at over a $150 savings from the store price it's really good. Not in love with the conditioning filter, but don't hate it either. On average the output measures in at 4ppm down from 340-430ppm at the source.I will purchase this set or similar again.

The PPM out of my tap water is 75 ppm with these filters I am only getting 55 ppm not a reason to buy again! Very disappointed! I guess you get what you pay for?
