my wie uses this and finds it helps prevent aspiration when drinking,it has no taste to bother her using it with juices or other drinks as a mix.The price is comparable with local pharmacies' except CVS often gives coupons for dollars of on anything so it helps offset the cost

This product has helped with adding fluid that my uncle could keep down. This water allows a person to drink without having it comeback up. After I brought it for my uncle, they introduced it to others and now they have me buy the water. It really helps with patients that are having difficulty with drinking.

After my Dad had a stroke, this water was the only brand of water he wanted. It's premixed, which makes it so convenient to use.

I purchase this thickened water for my mother who resides in a skilled Nurisng facility so when I visit or she has other family visitors anyone can offer her something to drink that follows her required liquid consistency without waiting for Nurisng staff to refill pitcher. Highly recommend .

Absolutely disgusting flavor.. and will definitely taint anything you mix with that same disgusting flavor. Tastes similar to licking a dirty metal pipe. One would expect the horrible taste to dissipate when this is mixed with anything more pleasantly flavored, but nope - that same disgusting taste remains in all instances. And "mildly thick" is absolutely "mild". Almost indistinguishable from actual water.

It is the second time I am ordering this product and it has been helpful for my loved one with dysphagia. I wish the bottles were of the 1.8L size . or sold the case of 24 and other juices such as apple. Variety in product is always good. Happy I do not have do mix it up as I am used to doing.
