I bought this pitcher and filter believing it would filter water as advertised. I followed the instructions on the box yet the black stuff from the filter was being deposited into the filtered water. The bottom of the pitcher was littered with the black stuff from the filter making the water non drinkable. I had to throw out the filtered water at least ten times because of the filter particles passing through the filter into the water. The filter water also tastes horrible like you’re drinking water straight from the pipe full of chemicals. I boil the pipe water then put it in the pitcher it tastes like water that way. Save your money and buy another brand.

It's not even close to the filtered water that you buy. It just a little better than tap water, still tastes almost the same. When you make a tea or coffee it makes it cloudy, which means it doesn't really filter well.The pitcher also has a failed design. It doesn't seal at all. Unfiltered Water gets into the filtered portion of the pitcher from all over it, especially when you want to pour it into a glass or something.

The filter took days to provide somewhat clear water. It still has a slight brownish tone in the water. The bottom ring that makes it nonslip came out in less than 30 days. All of this is bad since it's a no return policy. I don't and won't recommend to anyone.

Don't buy it, get Brita filter instead. I had high hopes for the product because it was recommended to me by a doctor. But this is very poor quality and unreasonably expensive. This filter claims to work for 6 month but after only one month the water flow became very slow it took hours to filter just a little bit of water. It's obvious the filter wasn't doing its job well.

the timer to know when to change them is not realistic. just a date of new one. know input to how much you use daily on them to know anything. plus the filter is just pouring brown crap into water for days b4 it stopped and no idea if it's clean or not to drink. not worth dealing with.

So you buy this product because you want to drink clean water but the black sediment that filters the water also gets into the water? Pretty sure you aren’t supposed to be drinking that? Awful design,

I followed the instructions for the pre-treatment of the filter before you begin using it and the filter is still spewing out a bunch of black stuff I think the holes on the bottom are too wide because it doesn’t seem to be holding in the filter charcoal or whatever it is. I highly doubt this filters fluoride when it can’t even filter its own debris.
