I use these envelopes for my business, and it is extremely frustrating to have every batch be a different size, with the window in a different place, and sometimes even cut wavy or uneven at the top. Be aware that each pack may be different than the last. I go through hundreds of these in multiple sizes, and have rarely found identical packs.It holds my dried herbs well, and has a beautiful presentation. (They don't hold up perfectly in the mail, as the paper crinkles fairly easily.) I will continue to purchase for my business until I find a better solution, but wish the quality control would be a little better when it comes to window placement.

update: Thank you SumDirect for your prompt response. The seller not only contacted me to replace the defected bag, but also offered me to replace the 4.3"x 6.2" bag to other size (which is not at their fault at all. the size is clear noted.)Have been ordering through them more then 10 times because their kraft paper bag is thicker then others and as the result, better packaging. also love their rectangle window version.*********************************I might have a defect package (5.5"x 7.4" ); one side of the bottom pouch is complete unsealed, so the bag won't stand up right. could I get a refund or replace package?the other size, 4.3"x 6.2", has both side sealed to form the pouch shape. work fine. but the size is too small to stand up on its own (I put granola in there, so maybe something heavier weight could work.)

I was unsure of how big this bag would be. I was unable to get good advice by reading the reviews. I can put 3 ounces of roasted coffee beans inside the bag. And that’s stuffing them in there. It’s full to the hilt. The same amount will fit in a pint jar. Hope this comparison helps somebody. I’ll use the bags so I’m not disappointed. I could just use a bag a tad bit bigger. They ended up costing me right at .25-cents a bag which is not good of a deal when your counting profits and losses. They seal up good. And you don’t have to heat the end and permanently seal it if you don’t want to. They have a zip lock seal. The heat seal at the very top does not take much to seal it. I snuck my wife’s hair straightener and tested it on a bag. It took about 5 seconds. To renter the bag you have to tear the end off. And it’s not easy. I ended up getting a pair of scissors. Good durable bag. It does have the little window also so you can see the product. Just a bit small. My iPhone 7 will not fit in the bag longways.

The first time I ordered these bags the window was in the location described by the seller. The second time I ordered them it was up higher. This didn't work well with my logo sticker and and product amount. I would like to be contacted by the seller. I like the bags and hope to keep using them. I just need to know that the window placement is going to be correct.

I bought this seller's other product and this product together, hoping I'd get one I'd like, but I didn't...the size and thickness of the bag are as advertised which is great, but the color and quality of the kraft paper is not very good.. I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but the color is too yellow for me. It also just feels like construction paper I used to use as a kid

I make dog treats and needed a more professional way to package them so I ordered these bags. I love them but a lot of them come damaged. A great handful of the bags are useless as they are stuck and are impossible to get to open without damaging the bag. Otherwise, these bags are great and hold up pretty well.

I use these for my Apothecary business and the 4x6 option is not available. I tried ordering from another seller and their pouches were not the same! I really wish they would keep the 4x6 in stock. Aside from this aggravation the pouches are perfect!

Great thickness. Nice and sturdy. I use these to bag dried herbs that i grow on my farm. The best non plastic alternative that I've found so far. My only complaint is that sometimes the bottom gets tears in it when you open it to fill but i don't think there's a good solution to that without sacrificing other great features of this product.

I used them to store the flour I bought at the height of the COVID induced flour shortage in April. I could only get an 18Kg bag of SR, so these bags proved very useful. Really good seal and nice feel to the bags. Each one could safely hold 750g of Flour. To answer the obvious question yes I’m still using the flour in Nov, but 2/3rds is now gone.

Top Quality product and exactly what I wanted. I will most definitely purchase again.
