However, according to our customer with a normal height of the arch, our sandals are cushiony & soft enough to stand the test of a long-time walking. We only offer full sizes range from 6 to 11 for ladies. According to our customers’ feedbacks, our flip flops run a little small, and the straps are a little tight for wide feet. If your feet are relatively wide, it is usually best to order the next size up. To extend the serving life of hand-braided straps, our craftsmen shorted the length of the strap about 2mm purposely. After they break in, the strap will be relatively loose, and the flip-flops will be more comfortable.
