A few weeks now with these installed and I am super happy with the product. Works as described and LEDS are bright when motion detected then perfect when idle.I do wish they had mounting tabs on the top and bottom. I would also recommend an 1/8-1/4 outdoor rubber gasket. My guess is these sit pretty flush on flat smooth walls. I have stucco walls on my house. Meaning the wall isn't completely flat. A top mounting only seems to pull the bottom away from the wall a tad. I can use silicone but would be so much cleaner and secure if it had the option for at least top and bottom mounting. The push button on switch should be inset a tad more if there is no gasket option it rubs on my walls and is compressed a tad in some areas. I had to sand the wall a bit to get a more perfectly flat area where the button is.Also these should come with security screws. being that these are so simple to mount they are just as easy to steal. I opted to use 3 inch security screws and hit stud. Wall anchors work but are easy to remove.I am curious of the long term usage and how they hold up. Time will tell. So far I am very happy.

UPDATE After 1.5 year: 2 of the 4 still work... Or.... 2 of the 4 don't work...
Update 9/20/2019:I took down the second unit that was not working and noticed a battery door on it. After reviewing the batter, looks as though the batter stopped holding a charge. I checked the battery and the multi meter will not even show conductivity. Also shows a negative value for voltage. I tested a 1.5V battery just to be sure it was not my meter and it showed 1.676 volts which indicated that its working in its intended operating range. This unit uses a single 18650 2200mAH 3.7V. I believe that if I replace this battery this unit may possibly work again. I'll be giving this a shot.UPDATE: So now that I have had these units for over 1 year 2 of the 4 stopped working completely. The lights are in the sun for about 9 to 11 hours a day as they are on my south-west facing side of my house. About 3 months ago I noticed one had not been turning on at night. I didn't have time to take it down to inspect it until today. Nothing seems to be wrong with it physically. It just wont turn on no matter what. I cleaned it well and thought this might be the issue but with no success. I don't see any warranty info posted so I guess I might be SOL. The remaining two units that do work seem to be working very well. I guess its a 50/50 chance so far.ORIGINAL POST: After going back and forth with customer service, I have to say that they are by far the best experience I have had to date. I was not originally satisfied however, I found out they just needed more time to charge to provide the type of lighting I was expecting. Because i was not satisfied, they sent me their latest product and I found them to be a much needed upgrade. The added feature of being able to change the settings with a waterproof button on the side really helps for adjustments.The Litom 54 LED lights have great motion sensitivity and range, after having them for a few weeks now I noticed that on days where the sun is stronger and warmer the lights get a better charge and last longer. So during the winter these may not perform anywhere near their peak performance levels but i can only imagine during the summer these will provide ample lighting in my back yard! I'm glad I went with these.

Too good to be true
Not what I was expecting. I purchased this solar lights to move away from the original solar panel plus the actual light, and avoid more devices attached to the roof side of the house, as this one has the light and solar panel in one device. Not the same my friends. The dusk till dawn feature is a joke. I leave in florida, and as everybody may know, most solar products are rated based on testing places with the most solar availability and florida is one of them. Let me tell you, it does not hold the charge past 3 hours into the night. By 9:00-10:00pm its lights out!! I have not tested the option for proximity/motion sensor so I cannot comment on that. I will be giving it a try as a motion sensor light and based on the result I will decide what to do with it. Dusk til dawn definetly not your first reason for purchase. I personally do not recommend this product. It looks durable and well designed on the other hand. Such a shame.

LITOM 54 solar motion sensor
Am writing about the LITOM solar outdoor 54 LED motion sensor lights.Bought these after a recommendation from a friend.Tested all of them after full sun exposure x 2 days and found 3 out of 4 actually worked according to directions.Wanted to mount all 4 but because 1 didn’t I only mounted 2.Wanted to illuminate both sides of a remote building but settled for just 1 side for now.Still thinking of a way to finish the other side.As for the lights that I did install...Overall I’m satisfied.Easy install.Low profile and blends in well.Gives off the light I was looking for.Quite sensitive to motion well beyond where I thought they would detect!Can recommend this item...but hopefully all the ones you get in the package will work as they are supposed too!For now 2 of the 4 that I received are still packed up!Will keep aside Incase I need to replace 1 that fails.

Helped bring light after the Hurricane
I got these to send to my family in Puerto Rico who lost electricity after the Hurricane. These really helped out when they had zero light for months. They are outdoor lights but we used them inside and outside. The only issue I experienced was the sensor sometimes didn't work properly. For example, I brought one into the bathroom in the middle of the night and it shut off mid-pee. Needless to say I was terrified because after the storm a lot of the things from outside wanted to come inside the house aka BUGS and small creatures. Besides that, they did their main purpose and my family and I were grateful we had them. I bought multiple solar lights from multiple brands to be safe and these were by far the best.
