I usually dont do reviews but had to for these chairs! To say I'm in love doesnt touch the surface. These chairs are amazing quality and the fabric is so soft and rich in color the pics dont do them justice. Side note on the fabric... my grandbaby smeared oreo cookie cream on one brand new..it came up with a simple damp cloth and when dried... looked like it never happened! Assembly is super easy...im a disabled 54 yrs old woman and the hardest part was getting it out of the box 😁 in less than 10 minutes the chair and foot rest were assembled and being used. Im also a big girl and these are super sturdy and the seats are roomy and wide! I loveeeee them! They came with a matching pillow as well. (The gold pillows are covers i also got from amazon to match the gold trim) the gold trim was shipped with a tape to seal it from scratches during shipping and they were packaged beautifully. Pads...legs and hardware are packed snuggly and wrapped to protect as well inside the actual chair. They easily recline and are very comfortable.I also have to mention the seller went above and beyond and i fully appreciate that and it prompted me to write this review as well. The customer service i received was great it was very reassuring because they replied so quickly. There was a problem with FedEx (NOTHING CAUSED BY THE SELLER) I contacted the seller and they immediately remedied the situation❤️ i was happy with how quickly they replied to my messages as well. If you are making a decision on this chair....dont hesitate!!! Order now you will not be disappointed!!!!

If I could have given more stars, I would. This chair is the missing link I needed to complete my living room! The color is a true aqua and the legs are a true metallic gold. The tufting is well done and there are no manufacturing or shipping defects or damages. The back is covered with the same soft velvet. The seat is deep and extra wide; very comfy. I chose to put the taller legs on the chair rather than the footrest to give the chair more height and it looks and feels so much better this way. The back has 2 reclining positions: partial and full. The arms do not fold down or out. VERY easy to assemble: screw in the legs and slide on the arms. The accent pillow is very flat but I have others to replace it and it found a home on another chair. Bonus points: it arrived days ahead of schedule! I am giddy about this chair and I think you will be too!

I purchased 2 chairs in purple and the color was vibrant. The velvet looks quite elegant. They are comfortable to sit in. The ratchet reclining seat back feature is easy to use. The chair requires more floor space than I expected due to the piece that sticks out in the back (allows for full bed like recline). There seems to be too much of a gap between the back of the seat and the 2 sides of the chair. The gold accent of the legs and lower front band of the chair is a very shiny bright gold color that should be toned down for a more refined and realistic appearance. The too small crumbled accent pillow cheapens the look of the chair. I would suggest getting rid of it and placing your own beautiful accent pillow.Installation was a breeze. Very simple to do, but make sure you pay attention to the direction of the legs for the chair and ottoman, the instructions doesn’t address which direction to place them…. eyeball it and look at the picture. It was helpful to lay the chair and ottoman flat and just position all the legs on without the screws and then step back to check the direction of the legs. One of my chairs did not come with the hardware. I had to take the ottoman to the hardware store and purchase 32 screws to attach the legs. I believe this may have been a return chair from someone else because both boxes that had the legs were open. It is the company’s responsibility to make sure that their products are packed inclusively.The absolute worst part was removing the protective film from the front lower gold band.of the chair. It took forever (longer than putting the chairs together) to remove the film and I still have unsightly pieces stuck between the gold band and the seat. I’m certain there’s an easier way to protect the gold band that allows the customer to remove it with ease. Don’t get frustrated and grab a sharp object to help get the film off, you may scratch up the metal band.Overall, I would recommend purchasing the chairs as an accent to your space because for the money, it’s a great piece.

The box came a bit tattered but the chair and everything inside was not damaged. It was easy to assemble, it looks expensive, and so well made. Love the material and if I needed to, I would buy many more items from this seller!

They were easy to put together, and they’re beautiful. They also came with 1 pillow each, but I didn’t feel like it was needed and have those stored in the back of the chairs. They are really nice and wider - much roomier than I expected!

These chairs look just like the picture. GORGEOUS!!!! They were very well packaged, and has very easy assembly. The material is so soft and comfortable. You’d fall asleep sitting in one of them. Definitely worth the money!!!

This chair was so easy to setup and made its own statement in the room. The elegant gold legs and mirror on the front of chair make the chair more beautiful. It's not as tall as I expected but definitely a good buy.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing quality, and the chair is very wide, I got it as a bedroom chair but this can also be seen as a living room chair! The color is wayyyyy better than I thought it would be! The price for it was a little pricey but def worth it.Con’s:The instructions were not too direct and for the most part you would be doing it just based off a picture.There were no instructions for the white strip but all you do is peel it off, you can do it with your nails.Pros:Chair is wide and also good material and sturdy.Ships within 2-5 daysNails were not really needed besides on putting the legs onOnly took 15 mins to assemble
