Really nice looking item and quality is very good. BUT, very difficult to tighten the base to the sink securely due to how difficult it is to attach a tool to tighten the spout down. Especially so, hanging upside down. Should include a tool that extends up and can be easily turned to tighten spout to sink.

My kitchen faucet developed a leak that was going under the sink so I was in a hurry to replace it. I had bought this the week before and had it on hand for when I got around to replacing my kitchen faucet and this was the perfect time to do it. The price was excellent for this faucet! After removing the prior faucet and replacing it with this faucet, I noticed that the hot and cold leads were plenty long enough to reach the angle stop without additional hose added on. Also, the attachment/securement bolt, for lack of a better description, was long and big Around, which made it easy to grab and tighten by hand. Overall, the installation was pretty easy and the faucet works to provide excellent spray pressure for washing off dishes. Being made out of plastic. It was very light and easy to maneuver when installing. It seems to deliver more water pressure than my prior faucet did which removes food from the dishes easier. On a sidenote, the cold and hot notations on the part that turns the water on appear to be backwards as C is to the left H is to the right. I fixed this by making it plumbed so as to turn the knob to the left for hot which makes the H on the knob point in the upward position and when I turn it to the right for cold, the sea is in the upward position. If you are even slightly mechanical, you will understand this when you see what you are doing and will adjust which line under the sink you put to the hot and cold angle stops to make this work correctly in a way that makes sense when you’re turning the water on. Overall, it was a great choice and an excellent price for a good working faucet!

Works great - easy install. If you've had a touch faucet, this will take some time to get used to, as it's not an instantaneous on/off like a touch faucet. You have to hold your hand in front of the sensor for a second - so you can't just flash your hand in front of it - you have to be deliberate. The pros, though, are that you can't erroneously turn the water on and off by moving the spout, as would always happen with our touch faucet - which was a pain. Too, we had a leaky cartridge after a few months of use, but the seller was quick sending a replacement - and it's easier to install than installing a new faucet. Pro tip for cartridge install: After you take off the handle, next unscrew the metal housing by hand (or use pliers with a wash cloth on it so it won't scratch). Our faucet had a big nut securing the cartridge, and you cannot insert needle nose pliers inside the housing the unscrew it - it's too tight. Apparently, some faucets have that nut and the one shown in the video the seller sent me did not. I found the replacement cartridge superior to the original, as it was stiffer, allowing for a more precise flow of water - which was kind of annoying with the original faulty cartridge.

El grifo luce como en las fotos, no sé que tanto vaya a durar, le pongo 5 estrellas debido al servicio al cliente que obtuve; debe considerarse que este grifo viene con magueras para llaves angulares de 3/8". Normalmente en México las llaves angulares son de 1/2" , si es plomeria nueva debes comprar llaves angulares de 3/8" que sí existen ; pero en caso de que sea un reemplazo del grifo debes revisar que llave angular tienes. Yo tenia de 1/2 contacte al proveedor y me envió los adaptadores del 1/2 a 3/8. Dichos adaptadores los puedes encontrar aquí mismo en Amazon.

Excelente producto de calidad, sencillo de instalar

El producto llegó en excelente estado, la caja protege muy bien el grifo, además los de la paquetería tuvieron cuidado. Fácil de instalar, es importante leer unas instrucciones y saber que diámetro de tuberías tienes, yo tuve que comprar un adaptador pero ellos mismos en una hojita que tienen, te dicen exactamente de cuáles deben ser. Se ve chulísimo en la cocina. Yo compré el dorado y me encantó.

Worked well then now started to drip non-stop even if we tighten it. Bought it in April 2025 and it’s just over a year old.
