Does this come with the post or is that a separate purchase?

Dear~ We're so sorry that our Volleyball Spike Trainer just comes with one volleyball retaining rope and two elastic cords. And we don't have the post sell in our store.

how high do you mount this?

Hi, I was a little bit confused with your questions. Do you actually mean the length of the rope after installation? If so, the total length is about 120 - 190cm (47- 75 inches) as the rope is stretchable. Hoping this could help you.
