Rust!
After about 2 years rust started to grow.Shower head, shower hose and other parts, even the screw fell off from the knobs due to rust. Bad quality, looks good at first, and then this!Will change the shower hose on my own, but fixing the shower top … ???

We have yet to get to installing this with the contractor, but the product is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate when opened. It looks better than pictures, and has a great instruction pamphlet with it showing each and every step. The quality looks absolutely spectacular. Although the price tag may be high, it hardly feels like much when you see it in person! Cannot wait to see it placed soon!

Awesome shower head. Very well constructed and great performance. Easy to install as well. I love this shower head even though I just got it and only used it a few times . It’s so beautiful . Sleek, modern , clean, heavy water pressure falling on you from the pits of heaven. Very good customer service. Would definitely purchase again and recommend to my friends.
