Works as needed and no loss of signal. I needed to add an extension because TV on a stand and not enough room to add a streaming stick. This did the trick and not as expensive as some of the extensions they sell you.

I purchased these cables to extend the HDMI signal a few inches away from my TV so that I could use a wireless transmitter and receiver. The wireless transmitter and receiver were incredibly bulky and I needed something to get them away from the HDMI ports so that I could continue to use the other ports as usual .These worked great and there is minimal delay I would say within 5 to 10 milliseconds, you cannot competitively game on these but a single-player experience on anything other than a twitch action game, fighting game, or souls like and you should be fine.I also use these on my laptop to broadcast a signal wirelessly to a television when playing dungeons& dragons via owlbear rodeo and that works great!It's also worth noting that I walked into the one of these things and bent the HDMI cable on it and it still operates fine, so good on the manufacturer for making a quality product.Excellent value for the money, great durability, great picture, quality, and easy to use, what else could you ask for?

Needed a way to "extend" one HDMI cable on a new TV installation. This adapter was a bit deceiving and is a bit longer than I wanted but seems of high quality and WILL do the intended job

This extension has male and female ends, so serves as an extension cable often used for port protection or reaching slightly further when needed. It appears well constructed and the cable itself has a woven nylon fabric covering, with an attractive black/silver pattern which makes the cable easy to see. The connectors are good quality and snap into place easily and securely. The cable is rated for 8k/4k use but with this length, that's pretty easy to accomplish so that claim is mostly hype. It is also stated to have a lifetime warranty (if you can find the manufacture when you need a replacement). It comes with a Velcro-type strip which secures it in the shipping package but can also serve to tie this cable to something else if needed (much appreciated in some cases). All-in-all, a good cable extension.

I use those little EDID emulators on my monitors but to "learn" the current mode, I would have to press a button on the EDID emulator. Not a problem except when that button faces the back of the monitor.That's where this cable comes into play. This short extension, the EDID adapter and the cable going to the source (computer), press the button to memorize the setting, unplug the extension and attach the EDID adapter directly to the monitor.It has worked like a champ every time.BT approves
