Game changer
Was a bit hesitant due to the price after buying so many different cushions for a spinal injury - this is perfect and no longer a 10 min job building & placing pillows before getting into bed. If you’re thinking about it go for it, highly recommend. Also the cover comes off for washing which is a bonus!

Transformed my sleep
Been in agony with cracked and herniated discs. Unable to feel comfortable at night, a good night's sleep was practically non-existant. Immediately felt supported through out the night and for the first time in ages been able to sleep throughout the night. Would love if they made a double bed length one so when I decide to roll around I'm not confined to one side of the bed!

Comfortable
This is larger than I thought it would be, but it definitely helps support my lower back in bed at night. It's still beneficial even though I have a new, good quality medium-firm mattress. The dots on the back of the pillow stop it from slipping about easily, and it's comfortable to lie on.

Not great all and stained.
Like a very squishy pillow, not particularly supportive, squishes to about an inch thick and arrived with a stain as shown. I would buy something else.
