A good book for anybody who likes to read around the subject/gain more insight, but I do wish these types of book had a little less personal opinion. Casual racism, sexism and so on pop up regularly as well as judgements on morality and there is a lot of religion in here. I understand that it is an old book from a different cultural background, but I find it a little jarring as I expect my authors and teachers on all things alternative/spiritual etc. to be above this.It doesn't detract too much from the other content of the book and I will use it as a reference book as much as my Linda Goodman's. Just read with a modicum of intelligence.

This is a very good book for someone who is just starting in astrology. The author explains everything so well and in very simple words. Even though I know quite a bit now about astrology, I still learned something from this book.

Very well written and fun to read from one of Dell Horoscopes most prolific and long time astrology writers. Astrology is a wonderful language to learn and you can start here.

I found this book very understandable. If your just learning planetary aspects very good information can be found in this book I'm learning myself and really felt like I was listening to a lesson from the writer on astrology ..this person is a..good teacher in my opinion I'm sure.

Easy to understand. I have some Astrology knowledge this book just clairified some things for me.

Written in plain terms. Even though a diffacult subject to learn in the the begining, she makes it simple and fun.
