I've been using this mouse for over a month now and I love it! If you've never used a vertical mouse before please give it a shot. Give it a couple day adjustment period but your hand and wrist will thank you!!As for quality, feels well made. If you have a quality concern, just buy the $1 - 3 year warranty to cover yourself just in case. I've had it over a month without a single problem!Give it a shot!

Update (8/31/18)As the mouse scroll wheel failed less than 1 year into it, reached out to vendor (Autley) and they sent a replacement. So far no issues with the newer model. Updated score rating due to good customer service. Will update again if replacement becomes faulty.****************************************************************************************************************The mouse worked fine but as of late the mouse wheel stopped working correctly. If you scroll up, it goes down. If you scroll down, it goes both up and down.It didn't even last a full year.

I purchased this mouse well over a year ago. I love how the ergonomic style fits comfortably in my hand. Unfortunately, when scrolling very feverishly one day, the scrolling wheel pushed through the mouse, making the scrolling wheel unusable. I knew that a return on amazon was unlikely as it was well past the return period.Taking a chance, I emailed Autley directly and described the problem. I got a response to my email within 24 hours and they are sending a replacement for free.So refreshing to get great customer service for a change!

I bought this mouse to help with some posture issues I was having from sitting at a desk all day and typing, but unfortunately, I did not get to use it long. I am extremely frustrated with this mouse. I only had it a couple of weeks before it started to mess up. The scroll jumps around everywhere and the laser makes the mouse jump around the screen as well. I am disappointed. It was a waste of money. The design was great, but I just wish the quality was better.

I have bad carpal tunnel and the thing that irritates it the most is my mouse. Got this one to see if it helped and am not disappointed. This thing is great even if you have good hands. It should be the only type of mouse made. Highly recommend.UPDATE: This thing is very poor quality and doesn't work more than a week or two. The scroll button starting jumping around after a couple of weeks use. They replaced it easily, but the replacement is worse. The main laser makes the cursor jump all over the place on the screen. The design is great. The quality is crap - so I've lowered my rating and do NOT suggesting buying one of these.

I bought to help with my carpal tunnel. However the spring is too loose, the battery compartment too big, so it doesn't keep the battery against both contacts. I've tried to stretch the spring out a little, I've put folded paper on top of the battery to keep it in place, but neither work for any length of time. When I DID get it to work, it was quite comfortable.

Just get it & works nicely, Just one thing the it sames not works well with USB 3.0 port, Having delay with USB 3.0 port. change to USB 2.0 port,it works fine. Great product.Update: after few weeks of use, the mouse pointer is moving itself on screen with 1/2" each time when mice is not moving.it will back to normal once mice moved. Once mice movement stopped. The point start to shake again. Returning item & 2 stars

I almost returned this. I thought it had a function to charge the batteries on your computer. It does not. But the battery life is OK. The only problem is that if you bump the USB connection, it has to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again.Also, I have a small hand and was worried about this. It is actually quite comfortable.
