I picked up foot fungus staying at someone's home. As a diabetic, it is a serious thing. Before the foot cream could cure it, the fungus had begun to affect my toenails. They started to have ridges and not feel smooth although there was no discoloration. So I got this device for the big toenails and a separate blue light laser for the small nails. Both cured my toe nails of fungus with 2 months of using consistently twice a day. This device easily clamps on the toe and I can sit in the recliner for the 7 minute treatment. At first the light felt hot on my toe but I quickly got used to it.The device is not intuitive to use but is easy after I read the instructions. I simply push the button once to turn on, then a second time to start the timer and I put it on my toe. It counts down the time. It charges by an included USB-C charger but it also fit my cell phone charger.I noticed my big toenails turned more white and opaque during the treatment. And one toenail developed a very white corner. I think the color change was due to the light. Still, the fungus is cured so I'm thankful. It was and still is a long haul. I still laser my toenails daily and it's over 3 month, because toenails take over a year to grow out and I want to ensure they grow out fungus-free. I discontinued use of this device to see if the big toenails will grow out clear.Overall, the device worked, was not uncomfortable and was easy although the treatment requires dedication. I found using a blue laser lightbulb directed to all the toes on one foot at a time to be much easier with mo discoloration over the long haul.

Update - my kindle charger works to charge it. I'll update later on results.I’ve been using for almost a month. Maybe seeing some change, hard to tell. Charge has held entire time, using twice a day. It wasn’t working today, looked in box for charger, none. Trying to contact them for a charger, no success yet. Hoping they will respond with this review. -

I’ve been using for about three weeks now, and I admit, there are days when I don’t get two treatments in. That said, I have noticed very definite reduction in the yellowish color of the nail bed. Also, while the nails on the big toes were not what I’d call painful with application of moderate pressure, they were sensitive to it, and could become uncomfortable. The sensitivity and discomfort with pressure are gone.I was skeptical of this device, but since I’ve tried about everything else on the planet, I figured I’d try it out. I have been to podiatrists, who peddled some oily liquid containing tolnaftate, at $25/per one ounce bottle - which is an effective fungicide - but which apparently does not work through thick toenails. And, incidentally, ultimately did nothing except make my socks oily, and ruin my shoes. I did file the thick nails down, so that they approximated the thickness of normal nails, and, I think that helped, because it reduced the amount of nail material the light had to pass through to get to the fungus. Light is attenuated as it passes through solid materials, so the less it has to go through, the better. Be careful if you do this, so that you don’t injure yourself during the nail-filing operation. I would have given it five stars, but this is an interim rating.

I got this device to treat toenail fungus. My nails were discolored and crooked. I've had this laser device for about 3 months. My nail fungus has cleared up to the point where my nails appear normal, however I will keep doing the treatment until my toenails are fully recovered.

I am sorry to say this item did not help my nail fungus at all. I was so hopeful. I used it faithfully as instructed for over 2 months and saw no improvement. Maybe even worse.

so i was skeptical but decided after 14 yrs of toe nail grossiness and pain to try to out i had nothing to lose. after 2 weeks using once a day i could cut my nails without pain and apply pressure to them without screaming. im 6 weeks in and i do see improvement i think it will be awhile until my toes are fully healed but so far im happy with the results espeicallly after so many years of extreme pain and nasty nails

No idea if this thing was working or not but it didn't last
