GWS12V-30N 12V Max Brushless 3 In. Angle Grinder (Bare Tool)

Good little grinder but it has a bad design on the switch. Very hard to keep the switch on and keep the grinder running. I do think it's a flaw in design. I returned the first one because of the switch but the 2nd one has the same problem. Thinking it might be operator error, we kept it and used it. Since we don't use it often, the warranty ran out and we could not return the tool. I need to call the company to get some feedback. The size is great for my small hands. Also the batteries don't hold a long charge. I use for Horse Hoof Trimming. I have 2 genuine batteries so I can switch them out while I work, if they get slow. The tool works but the switch is a pain to use. If I could, I would return this. Price is too high for the hassle with the switch

This is a great little grinder if you’ve already got the Bosch 12 V ecosystem. It’s really handy because it fits in very tight places where my Dewalt 20 V max grinder won’t fit.

It is a good grinder for DIY .

Strong little grinder. After just a few uses the small tab that keeps the sliding switch engaged has worn down, and the switch disengages when the tool encounters any amount of vibration. I have to continually hold the switch in place to run the grinder. Good battery life, but after running the grinder for a bit the battery needs to be reset in the housing for it to make contact. Overall a good mini grinder and gets the job done with some tweaking.

This machine fulfills its function, it has excellent quality, it doesn't break down like others, so you can cut with confidence without fear of it breaking unexpectedly.

Good for light duty jobs only!!! Not much power. Nice size.

Long time Bosch fan, but this is the one that really disappointed me the most. - Battery life is decent, but that's because the motor has virtually no power - terrible, very limited torque. - Use for only very light duty, my motor burned up rather quickly. By light, I mean, no tile, etc.. It's really almost worthless. - Also should mention, the design feels good in your hand, but the balance is all goofy when under power. Ended up buying a similar item from Milwakee and gotta say, it's a better product all around (also 12v) that operates exactly as I'd expect. Also able to go in reverse direction, which is kind of neat. Ok, my .02 cents.

Powerful and light weight, received in good condition.

Simple, small, yet strong enough to cut 1/2 inch bolts easy. It's a pain to set up a corded makita when you have just a small job. This unit is perfect for that and easy to store and handle.
