Missing ingredient for Sweet and Sour Sauce.
I started watching Souped Up Recipesbon Facebook and YouTube. I had tried making my own Sweet and Sour sauce in the past and all the recipes I had were just not as good as you got from restaurants. Having watched one of the videos for sweet and sour pork the recipe for the sauce used Plum Sauce. It was the missing ingredient to make homemade sauce to taste like or better than what you get at a restaurant. So if you are looking at Plum Sauce you need to be shopping for oyster sauce and hoisin sauce also. Will step up your homemade Asian dishes.
