They run cooler than other 10G-T devices I have used from other brands. Overall they have worked well, and are a great value for the price. I did have a problem with them randomly dropping packets on connection. I contacted the manufacturer and they had no problem replacing them for me! I did some troubleshooting, and they approved the RMA.
