We bought these to add lighting to our stairs! They are amazing, build well, come with a remote and have multiple option. You have 3 brightness levels and 3 cours, warm, warm and white and day light. See attached pic, it’s messy because work hasn’t finished! Very pleased! Also it’s waterproof

I installed this recessed deck light from SMY Lighting on our patio and it was a total make-over for our garden. The recessed LED deck light is crafted with high-quality Acrylic/ABS and 304 stainless steel in which its body and the power circuit are all glue-filled, completely insulated and IP67 waterproof. In addition, the light can be regulated through remote control (distance up to 10-12m) in which the level of brightness (2800-6500K) can be adjusted to 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or 10% depending on your preference. Apart from this, you can also change the colour modes to either white, natural white, or warm white, and even set a timer for a countdown for instance (4H-8H-12H). This light also highlights safety (equipped with fireproof, durable and stable copper 3-pin connector material) together with its energy-conserving features ( such as having low voltage output, and energy class of A+++ and high-quality LED chips). In terms of size, the light measures around 42mm x 18mm while the cable length extends up 3.28ft. I appreciate that the light is weather-resistant and waterproof since I want to avoid having to bother about uninstalling it anytime there are wet days. It's also convenient to have a remote control because it can be a hassle to frequently go to the switch to change the setting. The colour and bright adjustment feature is also very innovative and I had no trouble setting it whenever I have to. Aside from being fairly priced, this product does exactly what it promises.

This pack of 10 decking lights arrives in an unbranded box, the pack includes all the cables to install the lights, a power supply, a remote control, and a small user manual. The 3-pin plug for the deck lights will fit into a standard outdoor weatherproof socket, but the 12V DC adapter is not waterproof, so it will need to be carefully positioned to avoid any water ingress from the cable entry points on either side. Bear in mind that you will need line of sight access to the 12V adapter, in order for it to receive the signal from the remote control, and be aware that placing the adapter within a weatherproof enclosure will block out the signal. Also, the remote control included with the lights is the usual cheap and cheerful variety, so you will need to make sure that you are a lot closer than the claimed 10 metre range for the 12V adapter to receive the signal. The overall quality of the lights appears to be reasonably good, with installation being relatively straightforward, which only requires a 32mm hole cutter attachment for a drill (and obviously a drill for the attachment). A price of £42.99 at the time of ordering is possibly a little expensive for unbranded lights, especially considering their size, and the limitations with using the remote control.

A lot better than expected with 3 brightness levels and colour level a very well made product and the lights work perfectly with an impressive 100 foot remote range and probably further ,the lights are so bright that you dont need full brightness ...overall a well made top product which i intend to purchase more of

I bought 2 pack's of these and both are faulty. Instructions are a waste of time. Switched on and functions are working as they should. Switch off with the remote and they dim and are constantly on. Contacted seller and was told to reset, but no joy. One said it was a current residual effect and one said reset. So I strongly advise not to buy these. I have these in my media wall and now can't take them out unless I dismantle it all.

I found that everything about these lights was good. Starting with delivery - very prompt. I opened the packages and set all of the lights up as soon as received. All lights functioned properly in each set. The light is very brilliant with a change of 3 colors and the multiple dimming feature included with the remotes is great to set mood lighting. The lights were very easy to install with a 1.25 inch core type drill - make a template which is straight in a piece of wood and use this as a template by clamping the template centered in the area which you wish to drill in. Lights appear well constructed.

I ordered these lights for the stairs and decking around our above ground pool. I love the ambiance that the lights provide. The pictures are the bright white and love the fact that you can dim the brightness as well as the other colors. I looked at other similar products, but these were by far the best price and when we installed them it was obvious that we did not sacrifice quality. I recommend these lights!
