The media could not be loaded. It absolutely 💯 dose not work.i had the original neck cracker back in the 80's and this is an inferior product. Its manufacturered in properly. And can not work. Don't buy .find one that is quality made.

It is very hard to open and the noise is so little that even if u had it out in the open it's almost inaudible dont buy it it's not worth your money
