I'm concerned that this light may be too bright to look at.** A: The brightness cannot be adjusted, but the farther away you hold it, the lower the energy at the target will be. You can also add a diffuser to reduce the energy. You can purchase a diffuser, or look into scotch tape or teflon tape as an option.
