My reviews will always be honest with pictures for reference. So here it goes… I purchased this for my (almost) 10-year-old daughter to replace her super old furry white (now ivory) crossbody bag from Carter’s. The new bag is so CUTE! It’s a baby chick but I think it also looks like a baby penguin - Mumble from Happy Feet! The color is true white, and looks & feels like a fluffy toy. The inside is narrow & kind of long with only one compartment. I told my daughter to use a small ziplock bag to put in her coins so that they won’t fall all the way to the bottom of the bag. It looks well made except for the felt feet that sticks out. They’ll get ripped easily since the felt feels flimsy to me. I’ll compress the feet & sew them onto the body. Gluing them would work too. It hangs nicely on my 54-inch daughter when she wears it as a crossbody without making any adjustments to the chain. The price is a little steep for a fun bag, and those feet should have been sturdier. That’s why I took off a star. Anyhow, my daughter is happy with it and that’s all that matters! I like to buy things after reading some reviews. I hope my review will help you in your decision making too.

If you plan on carrying a lot then this isn't for you, this was big enough to hold some money, a medium sized phone, and another small item. This thing is soft and cute and still a great buy, it would be amazing for a kids first purse!
