I've always been fascinated by the Smilodon genus and thought a 'tooth' would be a great way to introduce this 'cat' to the granddaughters. It's a great replica and really gets the point across the cat had a great 'smile'. The tooth is a replica from the smaller 'Fatalis' genus. Very nicely formed and colored.The folks that sent it (Nature-Watch) did an outstanding job in packaging and shipping the item. It actually arrived a day earlier than predicted by Amazon.
