Does have some cane sugar and stevia, but it doesn't add too many calories. * Delicious, at least by protein drink standards. I get the chocolate, and it tastes almost like chocolate milk (if mixed with milk, obviously). There are other brands with substantially more calories that taste much worse. * Is isolate, not concentrate. Isolate is better as the peptides are not damaged by the production process. * Good variety of peptides, vs. being 50% leucine or whatever. Claims to have BCAA's also. Cons: * Serving size is a little less than some other brands, but you can just put in a bit extra if you want. * Some protein supplements (especially for weight loss) have fiber, this does not. Mixing is odd. Forms lots of tiny little clumps with a sticky texture, almost like bits of chocolate-flavored tapioca, but smaller.
