Not exactly accurate and inaccurate information
The advertisement for this specifically states that batteries are included, didn’t come with batteries.Heart rate not accurate at all, stated mine was at 70bpm, it was actually around 120bpm.

Expensive for what it is and how it works.
I bought this for my daughter as she has 3 heart conditions and needs to keep her eye on her sats but it keeps giving different reading's and they are stupid ones l live next door to her to make sure she is ok, this shouldn't be happening to the item, l have had mine for 2 year's and never once had a problem, l have never even changed the battery, so l am not happy, what happens now,can l still return this item.
