Good alternative to pills
I bought these because I was hoping to get a better absorption than one gets with pills. There's not really a way for me to know for sure but I feel like my body got more from these than pills. I am allergic to adhesive and wasn't calculating that bit in so sometimes I would break out around where the patch was placed.

Amazing
I had gastric bypass so my body does not absorb vitamins very good. I am now on moth 6 and my vitamin levels has never been this good. I definitely can tell if I forget to put one on before leaving house because I feel foggy, drained and super tired. Love them! I put on in morning and take off after dinner. I did notice that I can't put on in sane spot or it will end up with rash. I alternate arms and legs.

Multi-vitamins the easy way!
Who knew you could purchase a multi-vitamin PATCH??? My doctor suggested it. I put it on in the A.M. and forget it. You can wear it 5-8 hours, then take it off and dispose of it. Repeat the next day. For me, it's been a "game changer"! Anyone who has difficulty swallowing pills/capsules, would benefit grately from wearing the patch. I have NOT experienced any skin issues related to the adhesive on the patch.
