Ok so this review has 2 parts....the first impression was a bad one. I received a ponytail that looked like it had been worn. It even still had a Bobby pin stuck in it. It was flat, matted and dull. I asked for a refund but opted to give them another shot so I exchanged it for the same product. The second ponytail I received was in sealed packaging, came with a net around it, and was much shinier.... it also looked fuller with more curls. I could tell that this one had NOT been worn and returned. The take away is , even though this ponytail was new , it was still fuzzy and frizzy and didn't resemble the smoothness and definition that the picture shows. That's why I give it 3 stars...I honestly could have given 2 BUT my next point is why it received 3.I am a Cosmetologist. So I know how to easily revive hair pieces; synthetic and human. I shampooed and conditioned this ponytail and let it hang to dry upside down and it came out beautifully! I love the ponytail because of the doctoring I had to do on my own. It turned out to be a beautiful piece but right out of the package it is not as pictured. If you want to take it out of the package and put it on your head this will not work for you unless you want a frizzy 5 day old bedhead look. If you want to wear it immediately and get the pictured look go with Outre quick pony mini puff. Also the curl pattern is not an "afro puff". Its more of a fine silky curl ....its just terribly frizzy so maybe that's why they call it afro but it's not an afro.

I’m so obsessed with these drawstring ponytails. I don’t have to bother my real hair, just toss this on and go. The texture matches my real hair and the color is pretty.

The durability is on point and it goes with literally any style

I didn’t even wait to do my edges before taking pictures. This color is so pretty! I sprayed the hair with a little water and added some Shea Moisture mousse. They also gave me Bobby pins and lashes as a gift. Thank you!

I love this bun-fro. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the drawstring broke the first time I tried to put it on. I was able to secure it just fine with bobby pins. I even love the color.

I haven't worn the hair as yet so hopefully it lasts as good as it looks. Delivery came 1 day earlier and I am not a prime member.

I bought this hair puff over a year ago and I wanted to leave a review with pictures as those always help me make purchases. I am pretty satisfied with this product; it's a nice way to switch up my look with minimal effort. But I do have some cons to share, not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things but still worth mentioning.My first qualm about this product is that the combs are not positioned evenly. Instead of being directly across from each other, one comb is slightly askew. It's not terrible but I did get frustrated the first few times I used the puff. Second, the texture is not close to 4c; it's silkier. I have another puff that mimics 4c hair pretty well, so I went in with that expectation. Again, you can work around this. Finally, I purchased the "1B/30" color combination but the 1B is barely there. Honestly I can't even call it 1B, maybe a color 4 at best. I wanted a bit more gradation in the coloring because my own hair isn't dyed but the look still works. I've attached some photos for reference. Overall I give it a 4/5!

It was soft. The color looked so dirty and it was too short. It just sit on the top of my head and it moves when I shake my head.It was not comfortable enough.

The quality is good but the actual "puff" is 1/3 of what you're seeing in the picture. This is after shaking and pulling at it.
