Important note, you will need SPACE to use this hula hoop. It is huge! Way bigger than a regular hula hoop but I like it that way. It is like a one size fits all. Whether you have a small or large body size, anyone would be able to use this. It does hurt first time using it but my body have adjusted to the weight (I have all the weights in it now. ) and it no longer hurts. Its stays put and hasn't yet fallen apart on me after a month or so of having it. I do have a problem with taking apart the hoops attachment when adding weights. I dont have strong fingers to press the button down to pull it apart. It take pressure and maybe stronger hands. But that only reassure me that the weights not going to come flying out of it.

I just got the Hula Hoop today. I had read several reviews on other similar items, but this hula hoop was the best fit for me. The best feature of this Hula Hoop is the option to add more weight to it and the padding.It was fairly easy to assemble, you just need to make sure the parts are assembled correctly and you hear a click. I’m sure with time the padding will get a little ugly because it folds a little. I tried the Hula Hoop without the weights and you do still feel that it is a good 3 lbs. I believe it will serve its purpose.I did not want to try to add any weights just yet because it was hard to take it apart. You do need patience to pull the parts apart. But I guess it’s a good thing because you will know it will not fall apart.I would really like to comment on the packaging of the product. The box seemed as if the product had been used. I do not think it was USPS doing as I’ve been ordering a lot of things online. But the box was kind of beat up and the little box that holds the weights is two separate pieces. If you look at the picture in amazon, you’ll see that the weight box is meant to be a box that closes securely to keep the weights together.I will continue to use the product but the company seriously needs to check the quality of their packaging.

My first weighted hula hoop required duct taping it to keep it secure. This one has a push button type thing that keeps it secure with no duct tape. I appreciate that. The adjustable weights are a serious plus as well. The weights come in a nice little carrying case. I don't remember if there were paper instructions but it's pretty much self explanatory. I recommend this hula hoop over the one I previously owned and others I've tried. It's also not hard to disassemble for travel or adjusting the weight.

I received my hoop exactly as described. It is very easy to put together, add weights and take apart. This weighted hoop stands out from the others because it weighs 5lbs when using all of the weights and you can feel the effects of it after your workouts (very sore the next day). The hoop does not come apart while in use and the weights do not shift around inside the hoop like I have read about other reviews/hoops. Delivery was fast & on time. Overrall this is a great product & I love my hoop.

I like the idea and can definitely feel soreness in my abs the next day after using it. Easier to keep up than i imagined. Time will tell if it works.What i dont like is it feels like it is beating your hips to death. The weight def make it uncomfortable, wear padded pants or a thick shirt to ease the beating lol

What a nightmare - bruising and I only did 1/2 the weights.Larger and heavier is NOT the way to go. I lift weights and do high cardio jump roping - I am fit athlete and ready to have a BIG FIT!!Smaller and lighter gives a much better workout. Why? work harder and quicker. I did not know that at the time of my purchase of the so called fitness hoop.This will wack your spine out! THAT IS WHY THEY RECOMMEND A SHORT SPIN TIME - 1OMIN.This should NOT be sold on the market. I threw away the box and consider it my loss.Lesson learned and found poly pro hoops from The Spinsterz, sold on amazon as well . Easy to assemble. Great workout!Love that weight can be added or taken away. Easy to add or remove weight. To remove a little work is needed, need to shake or move downwards fast. I do like that as a safety feature though–just in case hoop was to break weights won't be airborne and break things around the house.Great product highly recommend.

I ordered this hoop because I wanted a heavier one to replace the 3lb hoop I’ve been using for over 2 years. I did a little research and wanted to avoid the ones with ridges. This hoop was priced well and it was delivered quickly. It was a snap to put together (pun intended). I noticed a difference immediately, I’m burning about 30 more calories in my morning 30 min workout.
