This sprayer works great! We use it everyday for about 2-3 hours. Very heavy use!!! The battery after 8 months started to fail holding a charge. I contacted Petra Tools and chatted with Christina. She quickly determined I needed to replace it. They sent out new battery right away and I will have it within the week. Top notch customer service and great product.

Unfortunately when I received it the cart was missing. I called PetraTools and was connected with customer service rep Ruth. Ruth pulled my order and quickly found my issue. She asked me to send the unit back via free shipping while she expedited an order for the Pro Series with cart. It was a holiday weekend and the order shipped Monday morning with a tracking number emailed to me. I can’t say enough about Ruth and how she took care of me in a timely manner, and she was very pleasant to work with. Customer service was top shelf!

First time used it today. Easy to assemble and use. Consistent performance/spray and was able to finish my home in 30 minutes. It was worth spending the money to buy this and it saved a lots of time for me.
